CUROYAL offers you on one of the best locations of Curacao, in the popular area Jan Thiel, the recently built villa CUROYAL, only 250 meters from the beach and not to forget very close to the handy supermarket Albert Heijn, where you can by all your groceries. Right on the seafront you find beach bars, shops, ice cream parlor and all those fine restaurants. Also there is a casino full of “unarmed” bandits.

It is all there, a short walking distance away. It is just this combination what makes CUROYAL super-attractive, a luxury villa, where you may stay in all peace with upto 9 persons and there is an extra bed for a tenth guest.

The villa has a spacious covered porch, large garden with palms and many ornamental plants, a private pool with very comfortable sunbeds and lots of chairs. And a large palapa/strawhut under which you can eat and drink or just be there. A state of the art BBQ (a little bit off the palapa of course) can serve you at all times. There is free wifi throughout the building and garden. Inside the villa one goes from the porch into a very large livingroom with numerous comfortable seats, a kingsize TV, a small library and so on. From the room on the first floor you may enjoy seaviews. In villa CUROYAL one tends to live outdoors and we are keeping account to this way of life, the livingroom with this fine kitchen gives a direct connection with porch and garden.
On the porch there is a big table with eight chairs and a few loose chairs. You could dine there, but if you want you can do such in the living where there is also a big table with 8 chairs, or you go to the palapa? And when you finally go to bed, no hassle, Curoyal beds are of royal class. Each bedroom has a separate airco, inverter airco’s running quiet on low energy. There is a fifth, smaller single bedroom, where we can put, if needed, a tenth bed. There is a cot and two babybeds.
Christmas holidays? Summer holidays or any holidays, it doesn’t matter, we rent-out CUROYAL throughout the year.
Upon booking you are invited to pay 50% of the total sum and not later then 1 month before entering the villa the other 50%. Bookings within 1 month before entering the villa, full payment of the whole sum is required. Cancellations within 2 months before start of rental-period, 50% of the already paid amount remains payable and a cancellation within 1 month before start of rentalperiod, the whole paid amount expires.
Arrival and leaving Curacao
Villa Curoyal is some 30 minutes away from HATO-airport, by car. If you wish to rent a car, it is wise to prebook your car.You can also go by taxi and hire a car in the surroundings of the villa. For already booked guests, we can supply a routing from HATO to CUROYAL.
Check-in and check-out Guests may check-in from 16.00 hours. If the schedule allows such, we like to admit you earlier. Upon checking in and out, the meterreadings of the electricty will be noted and we walk around with you to check the inventory. Checking-out is at 10 o’clock and also here if possible it could be somewhat later.
Things to do, points of interest and recommendations for your stay in Curacao.
Close to the villa you find the popular Jan Thiel-beach. Besides sunbathing and swimming, there is the stunning underwaterworld that starts right from the beach. Both the beginning snorkeler and the experienced diver will be delighted about the ongoing panorama. One can rent diving-equipment and join lessons. For shopping you find the AHsupermarket and small shops on short walkingdistance. Further away all over the island are very big bazars and shoppingcenters. Our manager Violeta may let you know.
You can eat everywhere. It is a hobby on the island. From KFC, McDonald, small restaurants, ask for the Ribfactory, Larry’s. You have also Tony Romas and also quite expensive ones. One of our favorites is Le Clochard in the RIFport. The location is superb, the wines are superb and expensive. And if you think that altogether you might not get enough on your plate, just ask for a side order like baked potatoes and you will be satisfied.
